There was a stiff, cold wind out of the north today and there was even some snow down to our south so there wasn’t too much fishing to be had. The wind looks to keep blowing for the next several days so we’ll have to bide our time until we can get out for some end of the year fishing.
Captain Kane Bounds of the Fish Bound is on the ocean every month of the year and this time of year it’s all about the tautog. Captain Kane has seen some good fishing this week with lots of nice tautog with the biggest topping out at 18 pounds.
Anglers fishing on board the Ocean Princess with Captain Victor Bunting have seen some good fishing when the weather cooperates with sea bass, bluefish and some flounder up to as big as 8 pounds.
