I had an awesome afternoon fishing with my Sigma Pi fraternity brothers aboard the Happy Hooker this afternoon! We caught 50 flounder with Captain Randy and mate Louden and we had an awesome time. So great to have my brothers come back and hang out and go fishing after 35 years!
I got a text from Captain Victor Bunting of the Ocean Princess at about 12 PM this afternoon with a picture of an absolutely gigantic flounder. Angler Josh Cambpell from Wheeling, PA caught the largest flounder ever caught aboard the Ocean Princess when he landed his first ever flounder of 10 pounds, 10 ounces. Nice fish Josh!!
Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters had a nice day in the OC inlet today with a keeper sheepshead and a pile of nice croaker.
The crew of the Spring Mix II with Captain Chris Watkwoski had a great day offshore with a white marlin release and a limit of mahi.
The crew of the MARLI had a great day with a blue marlin release and a pile of mahi and tilefish.
