13.5 Pound Tautog Followed By Some Nasty Weather

You’ve still got time to shop the “12 Days of Christmas” at Atlantic Tackle!

We have had some NASTY weather over the past 24 hours in and around Ocean City!!  Forecasters were pretty right on with this one when they predicted a Nor’Easter’ to blow through the area last night and today that brought high winds, heavy rains and some pretty wicked surf.  Nobody was in the ocean today and may not be again tomorrow, but hopefully the bluefins, sea bass, stripers and tautog are still around when the wind does stop.

Captain Chase Eberle of Chasin’ Tides Charters found one of his lady anglers a good one before the wind started blowing.  This 13.5 pound tautog landed in the net along with some big sea bass.
