Day two of the 60th Annual Ocean City Marlin Club Labor Day White Marlin Tournament is in the books and it sounds like it was a good day of fishing. White marlin fishing over the past several days has been up and down, but today it was definitely on the up. Several boats released fish, still others were in double digits and Captain Gary Stamm and the crew of the Buckshot were 15 for 15 on white marlin releases today. It’s awesome when you see that many fish, more awesome when you get shots at that many and ever more awesomer when you release all of them. Big thanks to the folks at Sunset Marina for the awesome shot!
Fish in OC charter Pumpin Hard with Captain Mike Burt and mate David Burt jumped onto the leaderboard in the Labor Day Tournament in grand style today when the crew boated a beautiful 150.2 pound bigeye tuna.

Inshore of the tournament Captain John Prather of Ocean City Guide Service had some successful fishing today in the east channel. Captain John used bunker to put these folks on three nice keeper flounder.
Captain Drew Zerbe of the Tortuga found some keeper flounder in the bay today as well. Diane Pereira, Linden, New Jersey, Alex Leik, York, PA and Carol Lukehart of Ford City, PA display some of today’s catch. The fish were caught on minnow and squid in Sinepuxent Bay and netted by mate Serge Gardner.
