There wasn’t too much going on today thanks to a little breeze out of the southwest, but I did get a report from Captain John Prather on Ocean City Guide Service. Captain John fished the outgoing tide and caught 20 throwback flounder in the east channel and six bluefish at the route 50 bridge. Captain John finished cleaning the boat and promptly headed to the woods like a lot of us do this time of year. Captain John didn’t have any photos of his fishing action from today, but he did have a photo of his beautiful, 10 point eastern shore whitetail that he bagged with his bow on private land.
The offshore forecast looks very fishable tomorrow and Thursday. Captain Jeremy Blunt is looking for a couple of sponsors to make a tuna/mahi trip happen. If you’d like to get in on the action hit Wrecker up here……FishinOC/Wrecker
