Check out the Kid’s Classic vid in Sunset Marina’s Daily Catch!
It was a nice cool, calm day today, but when the rain moved in it literally dampened the fishing scene. There was still some rod bending going on and I got results from this past weekend’s record breaking Kid’s Classic Tournament put on by the Ocean City Marlin Club.
Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters had another good day of flounder fishing even though there weren’t a bunch of keepers. He also had some fun throwback rockfish action and a “windowpane” flounder.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On the Run Charters had a good day of fishing with a bunch of throwback flounder and these keepers.
Captain Marc Spagnola of Dusk to Dawn Bowfishing has had a busy couple of days with good shooting for rays both day and night.
Anglers fishing on board Fish Bound with Captain Kane Bounds have been grinding it out with the tricky ocean conditions. The grind has been worth it and flounder and some sea bass are going home in coolers.
Brian Reynolds and his fishing buddy enjoyed a limit of bluefish while fishing the south jetty.
