Away from the tournament there was some very good flounder fishing and there were some really big fish caught. None was bigger than the 32″ doormat caught by Tracey Drocella who was fishing with her husband Steve at the OC Elementary Reef. The big flattie weighed an even 10 pounds at Bahia Marina.

Captain Kane Bounds of the Fish Bound showed his anglers a great time today putting them on some nice mahi and a limit of flounder up to 7.5 pounds.

Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break put this family on two keeper flounder of 19″ and 21.5″.

It was two keeper flounder for this group fishing with Captain Will on Local Hooker.

Blake Gunther and crew caught a two man limit of flounder in just a couple of hours fishing ocean structure.

Mark Debinski of Bluewater Advisory caught this nice keeper for dinner fishing on board the Miss Ocean City.

Taylor Bakke caught this 28″ keeper sized striper in the dark of night and promptly released it to swim again.

Captain Marc Spagnola of Dusk to Dawn Bowfishing has had good shooting both day and night for cow nosed rays, southern rays and some hound fish.
