Hello all!
Fishing reports have been pretty few and far between lately so it was nice to get one today. The weather hasn’t been terrible, but we have had an excessive amount of rain and wind recently which is definitely not conducive for fishing interests. I’ve had plenty to do to keep me busy….as a matter of fact I just got to Suffern, NY for the World Fishing and Outdoor Expo. The expo starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday at Rockland Community College in Suffern….stop by and talk fishing if you’re in the area.
We’ve also got the new online edition of Fish in OC available on our website. There are some great articles and all kinds of resources for party and charter boats, restaurants and things to do, boat sales and service, etc, etc. It’s a great flip through version of the magazine….check it out here……
Now to the report……My buddy Eric Sexton is one of the first guys on the water every winter looking for white and yellow perch and he was able to find them today. Eric, Benny Bennington and Bill Tilman caught over 30 yellow perch including these studs and were able to break out the slimy fish board for another great pic.
