Bluefish, Rockfish and Flounder in the Wind

Get geared up for them blues and rockfish at Atlantic Tackle!

It was a windy one today!  The northeast blow continued, but thankfully the sun was shining and temps were reasonable so folks were taking advantage of the start to the Memorial Day Holiday weekend.  Do me a favor as your enjoying this weekend with whatever you do…remember what this weekend is all about.  It’s about those that gave their lives so that we can do what we want, when we want in the greatest country on Earth.

Big Bird Cropper and Shaun Flaherty had a great day of fishing today with several nice fish going in Bird’s cooler.  The guys had a limit of bluefish and Bird had a 30″ keeper rockfish.  One blue was caught at route 50 while the other fish were caught at the south jetty on Roy Rigs.

Dave na d Pat Borrell dodged the wind and fished the west channel today where they found some keeper flounder of 18″ and 19.5″ on white Gulp.

Gracie Hudson caught this nice flounder in the Lewes Canal this afternoon and then weighed it in at Lewes Harbour Marina.
