Snakeheads On The River

Snakeheads On The River

Hit the above vid for the Daily Catch at Sunset Marina!

The real nasty weather has set in today with stronger northeast winds and rain moving into the area as a storm rolls into parts of states to our south.  Its was definitely not a good day for fishing, and the it doesn’t look like the next few days will be either.  Hopefully things straighten up quick so we can get back to some of the great fishing we’ve had recently.

Captain Marc Spagnola of Dusk to Dawn Bowfishing was back on the river last night and he showed his shooters a very good time.  My buddy Steve “Deadeye” Goodley and crew had a great night with some big snakeheads and some gar.

Yesterday, Rich Daiker and Stacey Schindler fished the route 50 bridge with live bunker and caught their limit of nice flounder up to a sweet 24.5″.
