November Sheepshead

November Sheepshead

We had a real chilly start to the day this morning with very cool temps and a breeze out of the north.  That breeze had the ocean a little too rough for most fishermen, but there were a few places to get out of that wind on the bay and catch a couple of fish.

Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters fished the OC Inlet today and found some late season sheepshead biting.  His crew put five keepers on the table along with a keeper tautog and released several other short tog.
