We had some wind to contend with this morning, but this afternoon it had dropped out nicely and this evening it very pleasant on the bay. I got out on the Thorofare for a few hours and a short sleeve shirt was plenty. I caught some throwback flounder on the chartreuse Deadly Double and watched my buddies Tommy Perry and Bobby Pastorius catch a couple of keepers. Was a beautiful evening!
Captain Jason Mumford of the Lucky Break has been taking advantage of the clean water and good flounder fishing lately and putting his anglers on consistent keepers for Lake Crisco.
