We had some pretty rough thunderstorms roll through the area yesterday, and today we had some pretty heavy rain at times. Thankfully, there hasn’t been any wind in the mix so getting out for some fishing is in the cards.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On The Run charters has been smoking the flounder in the back bay the past few days. Captain Dave is putting his anglers on keepers on every trip with some nice fish to bigger than 22 inches.
Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break charters got in on the keeper Flounder action this afternoon too. He put these guys on a couple of very nice Flounder for the cooler.
