Today was our first day of fishing on our annual Nantucket Shoals flounder trip and it eas a nice day on the water.. We had two short of a limit of flounder with lots of nice sized fish and Chris Powell had the biggest at about 8 pounds. I’m certain I had a double digits fish hooked that came unglued about twenty feet down, and in the immortal words of Forrest Forrest Gump…..that’s all I have to say about that.
The crew of the Boss Hogg with Captain Alex Beane at the helm, had a fantastic day with the yellowfin tuna putting 17 stud fish on the dock.
Catherine, Mark Hoos and the crew of the Marli had a good day in the canyon with five yellowfin tuna for The Fish Cleaner‘s.
Anglers fishing with Captain Tony Bautista of Saltwater adventures had a good day in Shore with some big trigger fish.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On The Run Charters had a mixed bag for his group this morning that included some trigger fish and a few keeper Flounder.
The crew of the private boat instigator had a crazy good day Offshore with a deck full of yellowfin tuna, some mahi and even a wahoo.
Captain Chase Eberle of Chasin Tides charters had a great day on a couple of trips with keeper rockfish, some tautog and some shark action for his anglers.
Luke Wrye hit an in Shore wreck where he found these nice keeper Flounder.
Captain Chris Mizurak of the Angler reported a good Seabass Bite today along with a couple of Flounder.
Kath Monty Hawkins of the Morning Star had a great day with Seabass and Flounder for his anglers despite the Canadian smoke.
