It was a decent day out there as far as temperatures and precipitation were concerned, but the wind was blowing a little too puffy for most to get out the ocean. Tomorrow looks ok, and then maybe Monday, but after that things go down hill in a major way with a potential coastal storm Tuesday through the weekend.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On the Run Charters was able to get out this morning and his folks were rewarded with a table full of keeper flounder.
Mike Dzurnak was fishing with a Deadly Tackle Hi Lo with floats for spot in the Assateague surf when he was surprised by this 20.5″ keeper flounder.
Young Abigail caught her first white marlin while fishing on board the Boss Hogg with Captain Alex Beane and crew this week.
