We had a little more wind than most would like today, but it was still fishable so fish they did. The bay was a little murked up and the ocean was a little sloppy, but there were still some good fish caught in both spots.
Captain Chris Watkowski and mates Chase Porter and Kolton Sheeler had a decent day out in the deep today putting their anglers on three yellowfin tuna.
Captain Chris Mizurak of the Angler reported a decent bite despite the sloppy ocean conditions. Angler had some good sea bass up to 4.75 pounds.
Blake Gunther started his vacation days off right by putting a Deadly Tackle bottom/tog jig in the face of this big triggerfish.
Last night, Brian Reynolds had some big bluefish up to 33″ and a nice rockfish that was released at 34″.
Max, 5 and Huck, 6 caught a couple of keeper flounder in the east channel today on Gulp and minnows fishing with their dad Mike G.
