Back Bay Tog Limit

By Scott Lenox

Back Bay Tog Limit

It was a little breezy and a little chilly, but it is November now so that can be expected.  It wasn’t too windy to get out on the bay today and there were some tautog and flounder that lost their lives thanks to that.

Blake Gunther took a solo trip out today with some green crabs and Deadly Tackle bottom jigs and had a banner day of tautog fishing in the back bay.  Blake had lots of throwbacks along with his limit of four fish up to 19″.

Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters had a couple of good trips today keeping his folks busy with fish.  Captain Jason put his anglers on keeper tautog, keeper flounder and even had some winter flounder come aboard.
