Except for a couple rumbles of thunder and a couple of short showers today was a really nice day. It was humid inshore, but its almost July so that is to be expected. The wind laid down too so the offshore fleet was able to get back out to the deep in search of the tuna.
Jamie List and his crew had a busy day on the Charter Boat MARLI with Captain Mark Hoos and mates Michael Butler and Dakota Bittner. They boxed there limit of 18 yellowfin tuna, caught three gaffer mahi, and two big bluefish. Special congratulations to Casey Frant for releasing his first white marlin on board MARLI today.

Captain Joe Drosey of Rhonda’s Osprey had a stellar day in the canyons as well today. Captain Joe put a group of Baltimore electricians on a white marlin release, three gaffer mahi and 13 yellowfin tuna.

The Wrecker with Captain Jeremy Blunt had a nice day with five stud yellowfin tuna and a couple of mahi for the box.

The first report I got this morning was from Captain John Prather of Ocean City Guide Service who was out first thing putting this angler on a healthy nine pound sheepshead from the OC inlet followed by a trip this afternoon where he put some young anglers on some fun Inshore shark fishing.

Dusk to Dawn Bowfishing with Captain Marc Spagnola was out last night and today for some shooting. Last night Captain Marc put his shooters on some big gar up to 11 pounds and today it was good action in the south bay for southern stingrays.
