Man Mother Nature has not been kind to us this September so I’m actually not to upset to see October come around. We’ve dealt with wind again all week so the ocean has been closed for business, and its been so stirred up that the back bays just haven’t been able to clean up. Not to worry, we’ve got some good fishing going on when we can get out and it should last for a few more months…..especially inshore.
Captain Corey Kennington of the Boss Hogg was able to get his crew out to the deep today and had a very productive day with the meat fish. Captain Corey put his crew on a box full of mahi and also released several small yellowfin tuna.

My buddy Shawn Michael from Two Schmucks Bucks fished the Happy Hooker the other day and was able to put a couple of nice keeper flounder in the box thanks to his big eye bucktails.

Bobby Thomas sent me this photo of Josh Mullen who caught a fat 18 1/2″, 3 pound flounder while fishing his day off from mating on the Judith M.

Mark Boyer and his crew were at it again from the Frontier Town pier today putting 26 more blowfish on ice. Mark also sent a photo of a young lady angler that caught a small cobia that was released.
