We had some pretty wicked storm clouds roll through Ocean City this evening. Thankfully nothing much came of it but a little rain, some lightning and some wicked clouds. There was a beautiful double rainbow over the ocean after the front passed through…don’t really know if the pot of gold was in Ocean City or on Assateague Island. My partner in crime Dave Messick of Hooked on OC got a great shot of the beauty from West Ocean City.

Mike Bostic and his crew from Church Hill, Maryland had a great day on Mike’s 58′ charter boat MARLI with Captain Mark Hoos and mate Mark Stephens. They boxed 3 big yellowfin tunas and 3 bluefin tunas (2 unders & 1 over) All fish were caught chunking butterfish.

Captain Chris Mizurak on the party boat Angler out of Talbot Street in downtown Ocean City had some sea bass action today. Here is a nice knot head from today’s trip caught on a chunk of clam.

Captain Luke Blume of the C Boys had a day off today so he decided to do some inshore fishing with his kids Joshua and Emily. Emily released an 18″ rockfish and Joshua caught this nice 28″ keeper rockfish on tuna chunks. These kids are hooked!
