It was a little breezy and a little cool today, but it was way nicer than yesterday so there were some folks out on the water bending a rod and having a good time.
The first bay sheepshead that I’ve seen so far this season was caught on the south jetty today when JD Eddy of Reel Steel Charters landed this nice 6.5 pounder on the south jetty.
Rich Daiker and Stacey Schindler had a great day at the south jetty with Roy rigs and plugs, catching their limit of bluefish for the smoker.
Brian Reynolds caught this nice eating size black drum from the surf that measured in at 27″. Brian also had bluefish up to 33″.
Kevin Graybill landed this nice bluefish in the wee hours of the morning at the south jetty.
