There are some pretty wicked thunderstorms rolling through our area right now and in front of them was a pretty good breeze all day. Things look to settle down a little starting tomorrow and hopefully we’ll get a little reprieve from all this heat.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On the Run had a great day today running three very successful trips to the OC Inlet. Captain Dave put his anglers on keeper flounder, nice bluefish, rockfish to 36″ and a very nice sheepshead for the cooler.
Anglers fishing with Captain Tony Battista on board Saltwater Adventures had a nice morning with a bunch of bluefish for the fish cleaners at Bahia Marina.
Captain Marc Spagnola of Dusk to Dawn Bowfishing got his trips in today before the storms and his clients saw some awesome shooting for cow nosed rays and big southerns.
Louden Swain caught this jumbo snakehead fishing the Chicamicomico River this afternoon.
