We just got back from Day 1 scales for the Flounder Royale and it was a busy, but smooth day of weighing. We had fish hit the leaderboard in both overall and bay only calcuttas and there were some really nice three fish stringers put together. The weather looks great tomorrow so we expect some more of the same. Here’s who’s leading after the first day of fishing.
Today was the 2nd day of fishing for the Ocean City Marlin Club’s Heel & Reels Ladies Tournament and the marlins came to play. Here’s who’s leading after two days of fishing.
Captain Mark Hoos of the MARLI had a great day for his anglers with bluefin tuna and tilefish for the fish cleaners.
Captain Chase Eberle of Chasin’ Tides Charters had some good fishing for his crews today with a nice cobia capture and some bluefish, mackerel, flounder and triggerfish.
Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters had some good fishing today and put his folks on keeper flounder, tautog, spot and sheepshead.
Anglers fishing with Captain Dave Caffrey of On the Run had a great day with some keeper flounder that included one fish that may have done some damage in the Flounder Royale.
