The bite was once again in the Washington canyon today and the dolphin have made a much stronger showing in the past few days. There have been several yellowfin and a few bigeye tuna caught as well.
Captain Joe Drosey on Rhonda’s Osprey out of Sunset Marina found the gaffer dolphin today and put several in the box for his charter. They also had a 50 pound yellowfin for good measure.
It’s a great time to go offshore fishing in Ocean City, MD! Right now you can charter for sharks, tuna and dolphin and there have also been white and blue marlin and swordfish caught. We’re off to a great start this summer.
