It was a nice late September day out there today with light winds, sunny skies and warm temps. There was a bit of an easterly heave on the ocean thanks to this weekend’s wind, but tomorrow and Wednesday both look nice.
Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters was at it again today and the sheepshead paid with their lives. Lucky Break’s angler added a keeper tautog from the jetty for an awesome day of inshore fishing.
Anglers fishing on board the Ocean Princess had a great day of ocean bottom fishing today with flounder, sea bass and triggerfish around the rail.
