The weather man tried to close the ocean today, but thankfully Mother Nature was lenient and allowed folks to get out and catch some fish.
Captain Chase Eberle of chasing Tide’s charters had a great day of tautog fishing today! Captain Chase put his anglers on six double digit fish, including an 18.5 pounder and a big 20.5 pounder caught by female angler Vira Wnek.
Captain Dale Lisi of Foolish Pleasures was back in action today and put his crew on nine golden tilefish and a white hake. Two of the tile fish were over 30 pounds.

There were a bunch of nice keeper sea bass caught on board the Miss Kathleen out of Bahia Marina today, but none were as nice as Ali‘s 19 inch 3 pounder that won the fish pool.
