First Big Flounder of the Season

First Big Flounder of the Season

The biggest flounder I’ve seen this season was weighed today at Bahia Marina on 22nd street and the bay!

My buddy Scott Peters and his daughter were fishing live minnows in the north bay around the Rt 90 bridge when they landed two nice keepers.

Ella’s fish was a nice 17 1/2″ keeper and Scott’s fish was a doormat!  The big flattie was 25 3/4″ long and weighed a whopping 7.4 pounds!

Nice work Scott and Ella!
