A strong south wind has blown some very unseasonably warm temperatures into the area with the high reaching well into the 70s today. It’s going to keep blowing through Sunday and make it uncomfortable for a few days, but fall fishing is just getting going so there is plenty to look forward to.
Captain Chris Mizurak of the Angler reported a decent day of sea bass fishing today jumping around a bit to stay on the keepers. There were a few flounder caught on today’s trip with some very nice sea bass in the mix to 4.5 pounds.
