Sea bass season is in full swing once again and the fishing was good again today. The Angler with Captain Chris Mizurak and mate Dean Lo sailed again today and had a good trip with sea bass around the rail and some bluefish were also mixed in.
Yesterday the Muff Diver with Captain Wayne Bradford headed out to the Norfolk Canyon and had a yellowfin tuna and some mahi.
Anglers are having decent luck with tautog inshore at the south jetty, the route 50 bridge and Martha’s Landing. There are still some keeper size flounder around the route 50 bridge and there have been some keeper size rockfish at the route 50 and route 90 bridges.
