The offshore fishing for Tuna was a little slower than it’s been the past day or so, but the charter boys still had some luck with fish in the Baltimore canyon. 72 degree water between 60-100 fathoms is showing good signs of life with Yellowfin, Bigeye, Dolphin and now White Marlin.
Captain Luke Blume on the White Lightning out of Sunset Marina had a great day catching a couple of young anglers their first and second White Marlin, a couple of nice Yellowfin….
and caught this 8 year old angler his first ever Dolphin! There’s nothing like a kid smiling while he’s fishing!
Captain Joe Drosey on Rhonda’s Osprey also out of Sunset Marina put his crew on a nice Yellowfin and also caught a White Marlin.
On the inshore tip, Captain John Prather with Ocean City Guide Service reported some nice action with Bluefish and Flounder in the area of the inlet….
and also caught a real nice Sheepshead on the south jetty.
The weather looks really good for the coming weekend and we have boats available for inshore and offshore fishing trips. If you’d like to book your Ocean City fishing adventure call 410-430-1016 or email [email protected].
