Today was another beautiful day with a wind that kicked up in the afternoon making the ocean a little uncomfortable, but once again there was good fishing before the blow up and lots of smiling faces.
The crew of the Pumpin’ Hard with Captain Mike Burt had an awesome trip to the canyon today going 6 releases for 9 white marlin bites. Captain “Pop Tart” caught a white marlin and Captain Fin caught his first ever offshore fish.
The crew of the Boss Hogg with Captain Alex Beane had a good day offshore with three white marlin releases and some mahi.
Anglers fishing with Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break had a great morning with sheepshead, flounder, bluefish and a nice blowfish.
Mike G fished the West Channel with bunker and landed this 24″, 6.25 pound flounder. He also caught a small cobia behind Assateague on a live bunker.
Captain Chase Eberle and his crew on Chasin Tides had an awesome day of flounder fishing over ocean structure today and also added a couple of sea bass.
The crew of Dusk to Dawn Bowfishing with Captain Marc Spagnola had a nice day with the flounder putting six keepers in the box.
