The state of Maryland set it’s 2016 summer flounder regulations last month and I’ve listed them below in case you missed it. The following are the season, minimum size and creel limit for all flounder in Maryland waters.

Size Limit
16″ minimum
Creel Limit
4 per person
I personally think that these are fair regulations and I can’t wait to get out this spring in the Fish in OC Carolina Skiff and catch a couple.
