Went and did some dredging at the route 50 bridge this morning and lucked into a rockfish that will be at the top end of the slot for legal fish come May 16. The MD Department of Natural Resources has announced that the new coastal slot limit change of 28″ to 31″ will go into effect at 12:01 AM on Tuesday, May 16 so the 31″ fish I caught this morning will be as big as they can get.
