Hit the vid for the Daily Catch at the Sunset Marina!
We’ve got some pretty wicked thunderstorms rolling through the area right now, but up until this point it was a pretty nice day. Winds weren’t much to worry about, temperatures were warm and for the most part there was little precipitation until these storms. It was another nice day to be on the water.
Bill and Stephanie Powell used the Deadly Tackle Deadly Double and white Gulp to catch a limit of flounder this morning.
JD, Mary, Jacob and Justin Eddy from Ellicott City, MD had a great day of fishing the ocean yesterday when they caught a flounder, 7 sea bass, 2 golden tilefish, 4 hake, 2 maxi and 23 black belly rosefish.
Chris Mack caught this real big 76 pound yellowfin tuna at Massey’s Canyon.
Jeff Weeks and Dave Weller had a nice day in the ocean with a couple of sea bass and a bunch of Spanish mackerel.
Brian Will found this 17.5″ keeper flounder in the south bay behind Assateague Island today.
Mike Runkles, Leanne Runkles, Paige Runkles, Andrew Nickell and Dutton found some nice Spanish mackerel at Fenwick Shoal on small spoons behind #1 planers.
The Judith M fishing out of Bahia Marina has had some good fishing on the past several trips with sea bass, some nice flounder and some very big triggerfish coming over the rail.
