Some wicked thunderstorms rolled through the Ocean City area this evening with strong, gusty winds, heavy rain and plenty of lightning. Thankfully most fishing had been done for the day and most were back to the dock.
Captain Mark Hoos of the Marli showed his anglers a good time with tuna and a pile of blueline tilefish.
Captain Jason Mumford of lucky brake charters has been catching some nice Flounder over the past few days including a 4.5 pound fish this afternoon.
Captain Will Poole of Local Hooker fishing charters got some nice Flounder today and has his anglers sitting in the lead in the Ocean City marlin club kids classic tournament.
Captain Monty Hawkins of the Morning Star pulled the plug on today’s trip early, but still managed a nice catch of Seabass foremost.
