Catch-n-Carry creates a hassle-free solution to flash freezing, vacuum sealing and storing your fish. Who wants to deal with their fish after a long day on the water?
Catch-n-Carry will reopen to normal business hours June 1, 2024. Services ca be provided during May by request. Drop us a line on your return and one of our team members will meet you at the dock. We want to make the process of cleaning, storing and freezing your fish as convenient as possible. Who has the storage space while on vacation? Let us store your fish for the duration of your trip. Don’t let the need for vacation storage stop you from taking your catch home.
What They Do
Catch-n-Carry serves Charters from all of Ocean City’s Marinas. Give us a call or fill out our online form and one of our professional team members will meet you at the dock. Your rough cut filets will be retrieved and weighed at the Marina.
While you enjoy the rest of your vacation, your fresh catch will be handled professionally and delivered to our shop. Staff members will then remove any remaining bloodline, ensure your fish is deboned and will cut your fish into meal-size portions. Our next step is Flash Freezing and Vacuum sealing your catch. This step is the most important. Flash freezing combined with Reduced Oxygen packaging will extend the shelf life of your fish. This will allow you to serve and enjoy your catch months later with the same great taste and texture as the day you reeled it in
Pricing $4.00 per pound
ALL Catch-N-Carry services include:
• Pick up from any Ocean City Marina: Ocean City Fishing Center, Sunset Marina, Bahia Marina, White Marlin Marina, OC Fisherman’s Marina
• Delivery to our shop for processing
**All fish will be deboned and bloodline removed. All fish cut into meal size portions, flash froze, and vacuum sealed.**
We offer all orders three days of free storage at our shop for using our service.
So what does this mean?
Say your boat reeled in a nice size Blue Fin.
After your fish is cleaned at the dock, we weigh your fish and it weighs 100 lbs.
How much will this cost each angler? (if you have 6 anglers)
$400 ($4.00 per pound)= $400 to process your fish. Each angler pays: $67 for flash frozen, vacuum sealed fish that will last several months to a year.
We recommend our customers purchase our travel coolers. Our staff will pack your prized catch safely in our cooler with gel packs for a guarantee travel time up to 24 hours. Our cooler service is $30 per cooler.
All fish must be picked up or shipped within 30 days of service. Please note, we can only ship Monday through Thursday. Any fish left in Catch-n-Carry’s possession after 30 days, will be donated to a local food bank.**
