Sloppy Sea Bass and MD 2017 Flounder Regulations

The party boat Angler with Captain Chris Mizurak was able to get another day out on the ocean today, but it was a rough one.  Captain Chris reported that the sea conditions were far less than favorable, but they did manage to get a couple of limits of sea bass scratched out.  There were also some nice fish up to three pounds.
