We reely have not had much of a striper run this fall or winter, but over the course of the past few days to a week we have seen some rockfish inside of three miles and there have been some nice fish amongst them. As bad as the weather was today with the rain and wind, I did see one boat trolling the route 90 bridge on my way home from Ocean City this afternoon….I wonder if he caught anything?
Yesterday’s weather was much better than today and there were some boats trolling the ocean that had some pretty good luck. My buddy Jason Muller from Arctic Heating and Air was out with Michael Witmer on the Madonna B. and caught two rock of 36″ and 40″. The fish were caught on trolled “Mojos” inside of three miles just off of Sea Colony in Bethany Beach and the 40″ fish was released as it fell into the 38″ to 44″ slot.

Angler Mark Austil was fishing with Levi Dunlap yesterday aboard the One More when he caught and released this beauty of a 41″ rockfish. The duo was trolling inside of three miles just off of the Pyramid condominiums in Ocean City.
