Still Some Reds on the South Jetty

Still Some Reds on the South Jetty

The ocean was mostly closed for business today thank to a pretty stiff wind, but there was some pretty good fishing in Ocean City’s inlet.  It looks like we’ve got another blow day tomorrow and then Sunday looks decent enough to get out and try it again.

Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters had a couple of trips to the OC Inlet today and both were productive.  Captain Jason put his groups on lots of throwback tautog and some keepers for the cooler.

Big Bird Cropper hit the south jetty again today where found some red drum still willing to eat Roy Rigs.  Big Bird reported it wasn’t as good as yesterday, but he still managed eight reds on today’s trip.

Check out the below vid of some rockfish and red drum action with Big Bird Cropper.  Subscribe!!
