Tautog Up to 14.5 Pounds

Tautog Up to 14.5 Pounds

It was another nice day on the Eastern Shore with warm temperatures, light winds and mostly sunny skies.  We did have a random shower around, but it wasn’t enough to keep anyone from being outside.

Captain Chase Eberle of Chasin’ Tides Charters had a nice day on the ocean today with a bunch of nice tautog for his anglers.  Several eating sized fish ended up in the fish box and some double digit bruisers up to 14.5 pounds were caught and safely released.

Donny Post used an orange Deadly Double and a salmon red (orange) Gulp in the Thorofare this evening and tricked this nice 20” keeper flounder into the net.

Check out some back bay tautog action available on our YouTube Channel!
