It is a crying shame that the wind is going to blow for the next several days because the yellowfin tuna have arrived in force and some of the fish are big. It didn’t even seem to matter that some of the spots were parking lots with a ton of boats which can sometimes shut the fish down. It was ON last night and today.
Captain Luke Blume on White Lightning out of Sunset Marina had a killer night last night. Captain Luke returned to the dock around 10 o’clock last night with 11 nice yellowfin up to 70 pounds.
The Wrecker with Captain Jeremy Blunt out of the Ocean City fishing Center had an awesome day with the yellowfins too. Captain Jeremy put his crew on seven yellowfins totaling 436 pounds.
Captain Joe Drosey on Rhonda’s Osprey out of Sunset Marina had a good day trolling the Poor Man’s Canyon today. Captain Joe put the crew on some mahi and three white marlin releases.
Captain Steve Selander and mate Chris Watkowski put anglers Ayrton Pryor and Jacob Lewis on two real nice yellowfins while chunking the Washington Canyon today. The two fish weighed 68 and 70 pounds.
Captain Rob Skillman on Moore Bills out of the Ocean City Fishing Center had a good day with the yellowfin. Mate Steve Moore reports that they were able to land four mediums and four jumbos for their party.
Captain Franky Pettolina on board Last Call out of the Ocean City Fishing Center is fishing the Ocean City Marlin Club Challenge Cup this weekend. Today it was mahi for captain Frank and crew and yesterday was mahi and two white marlin releases.
Captain John Prather on board Ocean City Guide Service out of the Ocean City Fishing Center is still having tremendous luck with the flounder on the inshore wrecks. Today Captain John had 10 keeper flounder and a bunch of shark action
