Tog Taggin’

Tog Taggin’

It sure was nice getting a fishing report today from Captain Monty Hawkins of the Morning Star.  The weather hasn’t been the greatest lately so most anglers haven’t had a chance to get a line wet.  Even though it’s cold in OC right now, spring is in the air and it won’t be long before this report will have stripers and flounder in it.

Hi Scott,
Had that science trip today. The bite wasn’t outrageous, but certainly OK. Tagged 40 & kept a bit less than 1 a man.
Garrett Weir of Brooklyn NY tagged a 26 in/14 lber –
Kate Wilke with TNC showed perseverance and caught a nice 23.25 incher – Courtney Riffe shows off a 24 inch tagger – Ramon Montoya took a 27 male to win the money – Kurtis Berry of Hatfield PA tagged a 26.25 male – and Steve Moran of Point Pleasant NJ tagged a 26 in male
Cheers
