Yup, another beautiful August day today. There are even more on the horizon so get out and enjoy it! Poor Girl’s Open starts tomorrow, I’ll see you at the scales at Bahia Marina Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5-9!
The crew of Boss Hogg had a great day offshore with two white marlin releases, three yellowfin tuna and a lineup of mahi.
Captain Chris Watkowski and mate Chase Porter had a good day with their crew today putting them on a limit of mahi.
Yesterday, Andrew Clothier and the crew on his private boat Makenzie Rae had an awesome day in the Wilmington Canyon with three jumbo bigeye tuna and some mahi.
Back bay fishing has been pretty good in the clean water. Today Captain Jason Mumford put his folks on a keeper flounder and some nice bluefish.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On the Run Charters was one and done today, but he made it count with two nice keeper flounder for this angler.
Anglers fishing on Chasin Tides Charters with Captain Chase Eberle had fun today catching flounder and bluefish in the East Channel and at the route 50 bridge.
Captain Chris Mizurak of the Angler is enjoying the nice weather and his patrons are enjoying some flounder and keeper sea bass.
The Tortuga fishing out of Bahia Marina has seen some good flounder fishing recently with keepers coming from most trips with some bonus species like kingfish, bluefish and spot.
