The marlins have arrived!! Check out the Daily Catch at Sunset Marina!!
We had a pretty stiff wind out of the south today that got more stiff as the afternoon wore on, but there were still some brave souls that ventured out and put some fish on deck.
Captain Will with Local Hooker Charters had to deal with the wind today, but he still managed some throwback flounder and this one keeper for the fish box.
Mitchell Ferrell and Caleb Powell used Deadly Tackle Deadly Doubles with Gulp to land these six keeper flounder between 17.5″ and 20″.
Mike Brockmeyer used a live spot to trick this 22″ flounder that was over 4 pounds.
Luke Wrye fished the route 50 bridge in today’s breeze and managed some bluefish, some short rockfish and this one keeper fish.
These anglers fishing on the Judith M out of Bahia Marina had a decent day with the sea bass putting some keeper fish over the 13″ size limit in the cooler.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On The Run charters had a nice day today with a flounder and some bluefish for the morning trip and some trolled up greenies for the afternoon.
