Away from the tournament there was some pretty good fishing in the bay in some clean incoming water. Captain Tony Battista of Saltwater Adventures had his lovely wife Anita and Bella out today and had four very nice keeper flounder along with 20+ more throwbacks.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On the Run had a nice day at the inlet putting his crew on some bluefish action.
Captain Marc Spagnola of Dusk to Dawn Bowfishing had a good day and night putting his shooters on target with the rays.
Right after being in the latest episode of Hooked on OC, Louden Swain, Randy Swain, Sr., Randy Swain, Jr., John Sonner, Russ Coward and Rick Kramer won the bay version of the Paradise Grill Flounder Tournament along with over $26,000.
Captain Monty Hawkins of the Morning Star had a nice day on the ocean today with some stud sea bass for his folks.
Local Hooker Charters had a nice day in the inlet today with some keeper bluefish and a bunch of throwback flounder. No Pics.
