After a couple of days with less than perfect sea conditions (a nice way of saying snotty) the yellowfin tuna were located in short time.
These anglers on the Boss Hogg out of Sunset Marina had a great day with 7 yellowfin, a dozen dolphin and even dropped some baits to the bottom and loaded up on more than a dozen sea bass and tilefish in the Washington canyon.
Captain Brian Porter and mates Buck and Tony really put this charter on the meat.
Captain Luke Blume from the White Lightning also reports yellowfin and dolphin from the Washington canyon and some BIG bluefish at the Hot Dog.
We’re looking at a pretty good forecast for the weekend and expect the fish to hit the dock!
