The Wind is About to Blow

The Wind is About to Blow

We’ve got some pretty wicked thunderstorms rolling through the area as I write tonight’s Daily Angle and behind it we are forecast to have some strong northeast winds for a few days.  The OCMC Heels and Reels has been rescheduled for September, our Flounder Royale has been postponed until next week the 9th and 10th, and even though there are lots of folks registered for Marlins for Mason…..none of them are probably fishing.  We will still hold in person registration tomorrow from 4 until 7 PM at Bahia Marina so stop by, sign up and/or say hi!

The crew of Foolish Pleasures with Captain Dale Lisi had a nice day in the Washington Canyon today with a 50 pound yellowfin and a limit of mahi.  Yesterday it was tuna, tilefish and sea bass.

Anglers fishing on board Lucky Break had some fun with the flounder today putting keepers on ice on both trips today.

Captain Dave Caffrey of On The Run had a nice day on Ocean structure with Seabass, trigger Fish, croaker and a Flounder.

Shawn “Nature Boy” Flaherty found a nice trout while fishing on “his rock” over on Assateague Island.
