I had an awesome trip with my Sigma Pi Fraternity brothers aboard the Happy Hooker out of the Talbot Strret Pier. Captain Randy Swain Junior and Mate Louden Swain did a great job for us this afternoon! The water was a horrible dookie brown color, but we still caught some fish and had a great time. Dan Hackett was the big winner with a 17 3/4” keeper Flounder that won him the big fish money. I was able to get a little piece of the action as I tied for most fish with Dan and Steve Murphy. It was a great time on the bay, even though the fishing wasn’t lights out.
Mike Brockmeyer, Bob Miller & Stan Tzysco Caught six nice keeper Flounder up to 24.5 inches in the east channel this morning on live spot before the water turned to brown.
angler’s fishing aboard Lucky Break charters with Captain Jason Mumford had another great day on the south jetty putting some flounder and some very nice sheepshead on ice.
Captain Dave Caffrey and his crew on board On the Run had a nice day with some sheepshead up to 10 pounds.
