I just returned from a pretty boring day of scales action for day 2 of the MidAtlantic Tournament, but what it lacked in action it made up for in quality. We saw zero boats out of 29 come to the scale in Ocean City, MD and we saw 3 boats out of 33 hit the scale in Cape May, NJ. The good news was that two of those boats hit the leaderboard. Here’s who’s winning what after two days of fishing.
