Man, it was windy, but we still caught some fish!!
The wind laid down a little bit today and looks to lay down a little more making tomorrow and Thursday good days to get back to the ocean. Remember, summer flounder have to be 17.5″ now in Maryland and Delaware to harvest, you’re still allowed four fish per person.
Captain Kane Bounds of the Fish Bound has had some good trips lately with some very nice sea bass and some very good catches of flounder up to 6.5 pounds.
Captain Jason Mumford of Lucky Break Charters is missing the 16″ size limit on flounder, but he was still able to put his anglers on a couple for Lake Crisco.
Our first early registration for the Flounder Royale flounder tournament will be this coming Sunday June 7 from 1-3 PM at 353 Custom Tackle in West Ocean City. First 50 registered boats get buckets and first 100 registered anglers get tournament tee shirts.
